Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives the clinic enough time to fill the slot. NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who no call no show for appointments will be asked to pre-pay for future services. It is important that massage therapists are compensated for reserved time slots.If a gift certificate was used or if a gift certificate is on file for a client that no call no shows, the gift certificate will no longer be valid. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged. If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an hour service, they will be asked to reschedule. If a client is more than 5 minutes late for a session that is 20 minutes in length, they will be asked to reschedule.
Gift Certificates and Scheduling
Gift Certificates do not expire. We do not refund gift certificates or any service. We do book up quickly due to our low rates during certain times of the year, and we may be scheduled out 2 or more weeks in advance.
Massages that are won from our Facebook page will be null and void if the client does not give a 24 hour cancellation notice or no call no shows
